Crafted from premium selvedge denim woven on shuttle looms in Japan, the orSlow 1966 Standard Denim Jeans live up to the brand’s philosophy of unhurried craftsmanship. Shaped with slim, tapered legs, they’re embellished with aged copper rivets and are designed to take on more and more character with each wear.
Orslow's version of the classic Levi's 501 model 66, one of the first styles that changed the rivets on the back for bartacks, it was only made from 1966 to 1971. but it really set the tone for jeans being a fashion item instead of a piece of workwear.
It's made out of a rinsed 14Oz selvedge denim which has a rougher texture than the classic 105 model and was designed to fade like the 60's denim it's referencing. The fit has a slightly higher rise, a relaxed topblock and a clean line and a very light taper.
